Library and Information Resource Center
The Library and Information Resource Center provides books,scholarly journals and an information infrastructure,as well as stimulating education and research within our university to support the management of promoting research using academic information.
In addition,this center contributes to the local community by providing academic information.
The Library and Information Resource Center was established in 2014 by merging the attached Libraries and Information Processing Center. Educators work together on research projects which are designed to promote educational research.

University Library
The library is in charge of academic information, such as books and scholarly journals. Students and teachers are able to utilize these.
After earthquake-resisting repair work in 2013, the new library was opened in October 2014. It is opened to public, and they are allowed to inspect documents, photocopy, and use the children’s library. Also a new ”Learning Commons” are installed as a study space.

Information Processing Service
The Information Processing Center promotes education and research by providing information system and networks to both students and teachers, such as operating and management of the computer class. It operates and administrates the computer system and Information processing system.
